Il sera assisté de son compatriote Yaser Tulefat et du Qatari Taleb Al Mari. Un autre Qatari, Abdulrahman Al Jassim arrive en appoint comme 4e arbitre.
Le match aura lieu à l’Otkrytiye à partir de 15h GMT. L’autre arbitre du groupe H opposera la Colombie au Japon.
